Hesheng Moulds held an internal tech sharing session lately. Its goal was to help the team work better and make better pulp mold moulds. Key workers from production and R&D teams joined the session.

The session focused on three things: making pulp mold moulds precisely, fixing common quality problems, and meeting customers’ special needs. Experienced staff shared useful skills for polishing and checking moulds, with real work examples. The R&D team talked about small changes to aluminum mould materials, and how these changes make pulp mold products more stable. Everyone talked actively and discussed work problems. The atmosphere was nice.
