These pulp molds use high-performance wear-resistant alloy and advanced integrated precision processing. They work well with many eco-friendly pulp materials, such as bagasse, bamboo pulp and recycled paper pulp, bringing major improvements in molding precision and product qualification rate. With optimized demolding design, these pulp molds have a much longer service life and cut down mold change time greatly, solving common production problems for customers.
